How does it work?

Using Prepay Billing is just like filling your car up at the gas station: Put money into your electric account whenever you need to fill up. When your account starts running low, just add
more money at any time, day or night, to keep the lights on.

Sign into your account online or through the SAEC app to get these key features/benefits:

  • Track your usage from any given day, week or month and compare it to past years.
  • Make a payment whenever you want.
  • Access your account while you’re on the go.
  • Set up text or email alerts to let you know when your account balance is running low.

Best of all, when you sign up for Prepay Billing, your deposit will go straight into your account balance to pay for your electric usage. There are also no connection or reconnection fees if your lights go out.

Have you checked for unclaimed capital credits?

Sometimes, capital credits may go unclaimed when members move without updating their address or if they’ve passed away. But that doesn’t mean those credits are lost.

The credits can still be claimed by the member or someone in the member’s immediate family.
