Account Number - This number is used to identify your account by the cooperative. Account Name - Your account is listed under this name. Cycle - We have four billing cycles. The cycle number determines when your meter is read and when your account is billed. Rate - Indicates the rate schedule that is applied to the service location. Service Address - This is the physical location where service is provided. Service Period - Shows last month and this month's reading date and the number of days included in the billing cycle. Power Cost Adjustment - This is the adjustment made for the cost of fuel used in the production of electricity. This item may vary. Meter Multiple - This multiplier is programmed into the meter. Your kWh readings are multiplied by this number to calculate the total kilowatt-hour usage for your account. Meter Number - The number assigned to the meter the cooperative placed at your location. Actual A/R - The actual amount of money you owe the cooperative for the kilowatt-hours you have used during the present month. For example, if your account were levelized this would be the amount you would owe the cooperative (or the cooperative would owe you) if you had this service discontinued. KVA Demand - Peak KVA demand set at your meter location. Map Number - This is the location of your electric service. Meter Reading Present - The actual reading on your meter when it was read the current month. Meter Reading Previous - The actual reading from your meter that was recorded last month. Total KWH Used - Present Meter Reading - Previous Meter Reading * Multiplier = Total kilowatt-hours used at this location during a billing cycle. Compare Your Usage - A quick reference of your current and past bill readings as well as the average number of kilowatts used daily. Monthly Kilowatt Usage History - A quick reference that shows the past 13-month history of your account kilowatt use. Total Due Now - Total due to the cooperative when you receive your bill. This includes all electric charges, security light charges, taxes and other services. Message Center - Your cooperative will use this section to tell you about services offered, holiday closings, outage reporting and provide any other information. Address Change - Use this area to notify the cooperative of any address change. Billing Date - This is the date your bill was created on and mailed. Due Date - This is the date that your payment is due in our office.
